Updated Reformated Commission list

I tried to simply make this a much more clear and less cluttered.......... with only a few examples some prices raised due to how much longer it takes me to finish drawings and with the small cramped time i have due to college and sickly grandma and scholar programs uggg and a job when im hired this year.
